PAs needed for Nikon shoot
Quick tip for those who may have time to spare and energy to burn over the next two days…
C-U Blogfidential pal Ed Glaser of Dark Maze Studios sent us the news that Alexander Mejia, a video editor for adventure game publisher Volition, Inc., of Champaign, is putting his skills to extracurricular use and could use some extra hands on deck. Outside of work, his crew will be shooting a minute-long spec commercial to enter in a filmmaking contest sponsored by Nikon as a tie-in to the release of their D5000 hybrid model that shoots High Definition video. Mejia is seeking extra Production Assistants to man the primary shooting periods, which will take place tomorrow afternoon, Friday, December 11, at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts in Urbana, and the morning of Saturday, December 12, at Heritage Park just southeast of Parkland Collage in Champaign.
