Article in Bloomington (IL) daily The Pantagraph about the producers of the WILL-TV Channel 12 program, PRAIRIE FIRE, filming scenes in Funks Grove, Illinois, near Moraine View State Park, for an upcoming episode depicting the early life of Abraham Lincoln, as played by Joseph Woodard.

Editor’s note: So, why is it that we have to read the paper “one city over” in order to A. receive a sneak preview of the upcoming season of a television show produced in Urbana, and B. encounter a nice little Internet photo-story dealing with local culture? I’ll take a Pantagraph effort like the one linked here over the News-Gazette‘s recent (and creatively lazy) 100+ picture galleries any day.
