Passes can be purchased for $100\u00a0through the <a title=\"Overlooked Film Festival :: Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ebertfest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Ebertfest&#8221; Web site<\/a> or at the box office of the <strong>Virginia Theatre, 203 W.
