After logging in at a coffee\/bakery chain establishment, apparently within the proximity of too-sensitive persons, your humble editor attempted to access <strong>CUBlog <\/strong>only to be denied by said establishment\u2019s \u201csecurity solution\u201d provider! <a title=\"SonicWALL :: Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sonicwall.com\/us\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>SonicWALL<\/strong><\/a> tagged us as \u201cpornographic\u201d at some point, although the warning screen \u2013 which might as well have been designed to look like a brick wall \u2013 failed to detail what content had triggered such a labeling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I immediately wrote them and stated my case that, while <strong>CUBlog <\/strong>may not necessarily be geared towards the young folk, it hardly harbored the devious material the rating implied. Last week, SonicWALL issued a reversal and now rates <strong>CUBlog <\/strong>as \u201c14.Arts\/Entertainment.\u201d I don\u2019t think that literally equates to the PG-13 (PG-14?) of the <strong>Motion Picture Association of America<\/strong> \u2013 we\u2019re simply relegated to a \u201csafe\u201d category on their arbitrary list and can now be viewed by the coffee\/bakery chain\u2019s customers across this great nation \u2013 so parental units might still want to reconsider allowing young Johnny and Jane Filmmaker to skim through <strong>CUBlog <\/strong>at their leisure. Boredom will hinder their enjoyment a lot quicker than disgust or confusion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Slightly more seriously, if any readers ever have problems reaching <strong>CUBlog <\/strong>or <strong>MICRO-FILM<\/strong> on the Internets, make sure to <a title=\"Report those Internet transgressions to C-U Blogfidential!\" href=\"mailto:cuconfidential@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\">let us know as soon as possible<\/a> so we can help rectify the problem.
