It will highlight a few projects that originate in cities well beyond <strong>Champaign-Urbana<\/strong> including <strong>Peoria<\/strong>, and today\u2019s <strong>Report<\/strong> consists of several timely tidbits that point right back to that well-known locale on the <strong>Illinois River<\/strong>. His first outing in this quest, <strong>A MOMENT IS ENOUGH<\/strong>, is a short filmed on <strong>Kodak<\/strong> 16mm stock that <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"September 27, 2021 post :: \u2018Mourning Dove Films page @ Facebook\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/mourningdovefilms\/videos\/595159924951999\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">premiered on <strong>Thursday, September 23<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, in <strong>Peoria Heights<\/strong> and is an excerpt from a forthcoming feature-length effort, <strong>POET IN THE MODERN WORLD<\/strong>; those who have an affinity for European and Asian \u201cart films\u201d of the 1940s through 1960s will find Jacob\u2019s philosophies and goals, <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"Mourning Dove Films :: Official Site\" href=\"https:\/\/mourningdovefilms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">present all through his website<\/a><\/span>, to be both quaint and admirable here in the 21st century.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To that end, the early 20th century still haunts and amazes us through the flammable vessel that is the nitrate film print; <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"\u2018A long-lost silent movie turned up in a storage closet in Peoria and got its first screening this week in Chicago in almost a century.
