Sher<\/strong> of <strong>Columbus, Ohio<\/strong>, helps <strong>Champaign<\/strong> mayor <strong>Virgil Lafferty<\/strong> cut the ceremonial ribbon outside the <strong>Art Theater<\/strong> to celebrate its grand opening. Their celebration includes <strong>Richard Packer<\/strong>, the first Art general manager, and <strong>Andrew Moraetes<\/strong>, a fellow manager from the nearby <strong>Illini Theatre<\/strong> that also belongs to the guild, <a title=\"\u2018The Art Theater\u2019 by Perry C.
