A MUMMY<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~~~~<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">After cordial deliberations over libations, your humble editor and our friend <strong>Sanford Hess<\/strong> of the <strong>Art Theater<\/strong> have decided <a title=\"NAFF 2010 schedule in full :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=1852\" target=\"_blank\">the <strong>New Art Film Festival<\/strong> <em>will<\/em> return!<\/a> Once again, it will run alongside the annual <strong>Boneyard Arts Festival<\/strong> county-wide showcase coordinated by the <strong>40 North 88 West<\/strong> arts council, pushed up to <strong>April 7-10<\/strong> this year due to Easter Sunday falling late in the month. NAFF will be consolidated into a one-day \u201cNAFF Lite,\u201d akin to <a title=\"CUZineShow to kick ass Apr. 17! :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=734\" target=\"_blank\">our maiden voyage two years ago<\/a> at <strong>Caffe Paradiso<\/strong> in <strong>Urbana<\/strong>, and run through the late afternoon and evening of <strong>Friday, April 8<\/strong>, when all key Boneyard events will take place in and near downtown <strong>Champaign<\/strong>. We still intend to highlight as many locally-made films and videos as possible in that time frame; unlike the Paradiso show, we will attempt to work long-form pieces (e.g., features) into the program. Admission will be free.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Therefore, folks, we need to see your movies! To formally submit work for possible inclusion in the NAFF, please send a standard definition, non-returnable <strong>DVD screener<\/strong> <em>and <\/em>an entry fee of <strong>$15 per short\/$25 per feature<\/strong> by <strong>March 11, 2011<\/strong>, to: <strong>New Art Film Festival, c\/o The Art Theater, 126 W. Church St., Champaign, IL, 61820<\/strong>. (\u201cShort\u201d is defined as running 20 minutes or less.) We will also consider independent film work mostly or completely produced in <strong>Illinois <\/strong>or our neighboring states including <strong>Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana<\/strong>, and <strong>Minnesota<\/strong>.
