We shout out to <strong>Raymond Bial, Ilona Matkovski<\/strong>, and <strong>Dennis Roberts<\/strong> for picturing the older theaters in their respective collections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"BE BOLD! proceeds Oct. 25 to C-U :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=301\" target=\"_blank\">\u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BE BOLD! proceeds Oct. 25 to C-U<\/span>,\u201d 10\/24\/08<\/a> \u2013 How can one <em>not <\/em>respond to artistic personalities whose wit and exuberance also permeate their work? We shout out to \u201clowly\u201d print maker <strong>Amos Paul Kennedy, Jr.<\/strong>, for following his muse and prolifically (hand) cranking out striking graphics, and also to <strong>Laura Zinger<\/strong> of <strong>20K Films<\/strong> for invigorating her documentary career by telling his story through her camera lens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"Fifth public-access channel afoot? :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=237\" target=\"_blank\">\u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fifth public access channel afoot?<\/span>\u201d 12\/12\/07<\/a> \u2013 We\u2019re intrigued with the thought of bringing our Confidential selves to the masses via cable access, crossing over as did our friends at <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SmilePolitely<\/span>.com<\/strong> who took to the <strong>WEFT-FM<\/strong> airwaves. We shout out to the open-minded C-U film folk who\u2019ve already convinced these outlets to broadcast their work, breaking the glut of dry and predictable programming.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"MUMMY, WEREWOLF prowl again :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=47\" target=\"_blank\">\u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MUMMY, WEREWOLF prowl again<\/span>,\u201d 4\/15\/2006<\/a> \u2013 Coming down from the communal euphoria fed by everyone attending last week\u2019s <strong>New Art Film Festival<\/strong>, we applaud our featured filmmakers who aggressively publicized the show alongside us.
