He may also get some rare on-the-set time with a student production between now and Sunday evening. (We believe \u017di\u017eek\u2019s tongue is <em>most likely<\/em> planted in cheek as his use of the term \u201cpervert\u201d may allude to one who digs below the formal dressings of cinema with an unwavering eye to dissect its underlying themes and history. Fascinating as a whole and loaded with clips from movies directed by <strong>Alfred Hitchcock, Charlie Chaplin, David Lynch, Andrei Tarkovsky, Krzysztof Kieslowsk<\/strong>i, etc., this UK television production piques our interest greatly during <a title=\"Slavoj Zizek waters (and berates) tulips :: YouTube\" href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/a5yoqjABeBM\" target=\"_blank\">an extremely curious scene in which \u017di\u017eek waters tulips<\/a> while muttering about their \u201cdisgusting\u201d sexual nature and <em>vagina dentata<\/em>. If research has served us well, we believe <strong>PERVERT\u2019S<\/strong> filmmaker <strong>Sophie Fiennes<\/strong> and \u017di\u017eek originally shot that particular segment as test footage somewhere in Champaign-Urbana when the latter came to UIUC for a lecture!
