At some point, Dark Maze became an unofficial <em>dojo<\/em> for rogue ninja assassins beginning with the lethal (and quite tactless) &#8220;Lin-ku&#8221; from the <strong>PRESS START<\/strong> movies and Web series, followed by the original animated show <strong>SPACE NINJA<\/strong> designed by comics artist <strong>Alex Mitchell<\/strong> and based on his own book. <strong>Ed Glaser<\/strong> has now teamed up with <strong>Brad Jones<\/strong> of <a title=\"The Cinema Snob :: Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/thecinemasnob.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Cinema Snob<\/strong><\/span><\/a> and <strong>Stoned Gremlin Productions<\/strong> for his first live-action Web opus since <strong>ROBOGIRL<\/strong> that, one guesses from the oddball teaser below, <em>must<\/em> be seen to be believed:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><object width=\"450\" height=\"253\" classid=\"clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000\" codebase=\"http:\/\/download.macromedia.com\/pub\/shockwave\/cabs\/flash\/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/17taNgbOcEk?version=3&amp;hl=en_US\" \/><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><embed width=\"450\" height=\"253\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/17taNgbOcEk?version=3&amp;hl=en_US\" allowFullScreen=\"true\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Given Glaser\u2019s loving attention to foreign genre fare as evidenced in Dark Maze\u2019s award-winning series, <strong>DEJA VIEW<\/strong>, we must ponder the possibility of <strong>NINJA THE MISSION FORCE<\/strong> being a low-budget <em>tour de force<\/em> in splicing together the old with the retro-new. We\u2019ll sort out the source(s) of our eventual enjoyment from said series when it raids the Interwebs.
