Neil St., Champaign<\/strong>! This month\u2019s topic is \u201cSAG-AFTRA on a Budget\u201d and will feature guest speaker <strong>Kathy Byrne<\/strong>, Director of TV\/Theatrical Contracts, <a title=\"SAG-AFTRA, Chicago chapter :: SAG-AFTRA\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sagaftra.org\/chicago\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>SAG-AFTRA Chicago<\/strong><\/a>.
