Conner<\/strong> of <strong>Predestined Arts &amp; Entertainment<\/strong> in <strong>Springfield<\/strong>, the new trailer for her second full-length film <strong>BEFORE \u2018I DO\u2019<\/strong>. We thought it prudent to re-gift the long-awaited sneak peek as our final \u201c<strong>Image of the Week<\/strong>\u201d for 2015, dearest revelers, so you can view it right here on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>C-U Blogfidential<\/strong><\/span>! (Thanks to her canny timing, it is the third \u201cfirst look\u201d at downstate <strong>Illinois<\/strong> movie projects to appear here in less than two weeks. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"IOW: All that is good and HOLLY :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=9551\" target=\"_blank\">Keep them coming, gang!<\/a><\/span>) Not unlike <strong>JUMP IN<\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"Love is a hop, skip, JUMP IN away :: C-U Blogfidential\" href=\"https:\/\/www.micro-film-magazine.com\/cublog\/?p=8812\" target=\"_blank\">her previous feature distributed nationally<\/a><\/span> by <strong>Maverick Entertainment<\/strong> little more than a year ago, <strong>BEFORE \u2018I DO\u2019<\/strong> is a layered relationship drama led by a stellar African-American cast, this time including <strong>Jensen Atwood, Omar Gooding, Andrea Kelly, Harold Dennis, Thea Camara, Joel King, Lamar Barnes, Danielle Ward, Kathleen Turner, Michelle Ivy<\/strong>, and <strong>Michael Pittman<\/strong>. An official plot crunch describes the action of the film, based on Conner\u2019s own screenplay, as \u201ca story about two firefighters [in which] their bond is tested when one is left at the altar. Firefighter by day, artist by night, Caleb Abrams (Atwood) finds himself at a crossroad [sic] \u2026 when Asia Redmond (Ivy) shows up at Caleb\u2019s doorstep out of the blue one year later [after the cancelled wedding]. He unknowingly opens the door to a game of Russian roulette, inviting humbling consequences.\u201d Filmed in Springfield and adjacent <strong>Dawson<\/strong> in 2014, <strong>BEFORE \u2018I DO\u2019<\/strong> will most likely premiere in the Capital City soon after the New Year with legitimate release occurring in the near future. Once you&#8217;ve checked out the trailer \u2013 promising a subdued, mature approach to the material and photographed with naturalism by <strong>Michael Ware<\/strong> \u2013 be sure to follow the respective <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"BEFORE 'I DO' @ Facebook\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BeforeIDoTheMovie\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Facebook<\/strong><\/a><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" title=\"BEFORE 'I DO' @ Twitter\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BeforeIDoMovie\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter<\/a><\/strong><\/span> accounts for developments. We\u2019ll close with a bonus video, this an interview between Maverick personality <strong>Simply Tiffany Soul<\/strong> and producer\/director Conner that provides anecdotes about the making of <strong>JUMP IN<\/strong> as well as the latter&#8217;s background and goals.
